The resulting position description will be crosschecked in our candidate database to match the business with all qualified candidates. Once this process has begun, further information will be attained from the company regarding salary desires and time requirements for target placement.

How do we find your perfect fit?

The instant search of our internal database for an ideal placement in your company is just the beginning. External candidates will also be searched through our affiliated databases of all South Carolina colleges, universities, trades schools, etc. Our search will be ongoing through our many forms of advertisement for your position, attract candidates that may not be looking for employment but could be the ideal fit within your business. Concurrently we begin the process of identifying and contacting qualified candidates wherever they may be situated.

How do we find the best amongst the bunch?

Potential candidates are contacted, interviewed and pre-qualified by our experienced recruiters. Preliminary reference checking will be done so to eliminate any concerns prior to the business meeting with the candidate. Qualified candidates are presented for interviewing with a full knowledge of what is expected for their potential employment. Finalist candidates are thoroughly referenced checked.

Where does our service stop?

The selection process does not stop after the presentation of a candidate. The recruiter will stay involved in addressing concerns of both parties, validating assumptions, identifying potential issues and assisting the offer negotiation process.

How do we stay involved after placement has been achieved?

From acceptance of an offer, the process our Palmetto Recruiters stays active, as we will help in the long-term foundation of the new company member’s roots within your business. This is accomplished through further monitoring, managing counter-offer issues where applicable and assisting in transition planning. We also offer a guarantee of replacement or partial refund if the candidate placed does not become a long term fit.
